IGDA WIGSIG Election Update #2

Have you nominated your colleagues yet for IGDA WIG SIG leader? Are you interested in nominating yourself?

Then contact Tina Tyndal with IGDA Women in Games SIG and Erin Hoffman, member, IGDA Board of Directors, no later than end of day on Thursday, June 10 at: wigsig.elections@gmail.com.

In order to be elected to SIG leadership, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Be a member of the IGDA, in good standing.
• Have a minimum, 24-month consecutive Membership prior to nomination.
• Agree to abide by the Leadership (Board of Directors) Code of Ethics found here: http://www.igda.org/sites/default/files/IGDA_Board_Code-of-Ethics.pdf
• Read the IGDA SIG Reference Manual and agree to be bound by its terms. The manual can be found here: http://www.igda.org/sites/default/files/IGDA_SIG_Reference_Manual_Rev020609.pdf

If you are truly motivated to participate in supporting the women in games community, then nominate now or soon!

If you want to make a difference, make sure your vote is counted during the pending election period, starting Monday, June 14!
