January 8, 2009 12:09 AM

In her blog, Brenda Brathwaite has re-posted a recent interview she had given on being a woman in the industry, "From my own experience, the single best effect of having women on the team was that the female character's breasts were a) shaped properly, b) located on the right place on her torso, c) didn't defy laws of physics and d) weren't the most critical thing about her character."
